Group Task : Make a list of things we should not share online (Personal and Private information)
Individual Task : Draw a picture of something that is OK to share about yourself on the internet.

digital footprint: a record of what you do online, including the sites you visit and the things you share
permanent: something that lasts forever
private information: information about you that can be used to identify who you are

A video called “Follow the Digital Trail.” Have you heard of the word “trail” before?

Pay close attention to the types of information that are and aren’t OK to share online.

What information does Feet say NOT to share online?
Private information such as one’s full name, address, phone number, age, birthday, school name
What information does Feet think is OK to share online?
Personal information such as hobbies, favorite things.
